UAD is the TEAM Dentists for the Chicago Blackhawks

Yes, UAD is the ONLY TEAM dentists for the Chicago Blackhawks and University Associates in Dentistry is proud of it.  UAD has been the TEAM Dentists of the Chicago Blackhawks since 2005. We attend all home Chicago Blackhawks games to provide immediate care for any mouth injuries. Our services are needed on a regular basis.

As the 2010 Stanley Cup winners, UAD was honored with the trophy being presented at our office for the UAD team to enjoy and celebrate the Chicago Blackhawks victory.
