The entire UAD team remains abreast with the latest advancements in state-of-the-art dental procedures, implant solutions and technologies. UAD / DIIC would like to point out that several of its doctors and UAD Dental Team lead dental lectures nationally and internationally and are leaders in implantology (dental implants). All of our dental knowledge and training is passed on to you, our patient, to assist you in your dental care. And if that is not enough, here’s a fun fact about UAD; we are the TEAM dentists for the Chicago Blackhawks!
UAD’s team commitment extends beyond your office visits. We stay in touch through newsletters, sharing information about our office and tips on how to improve your personal oral hygiene care. A UAD team member follows up with you to ensure that your most recent treatment was pleasant. And we always remind you of upcoming appointments.

Our dental assistants, Lisa, Cheryl, Nicole, Carolyn, Enza and Nicole Hart, provide a supportive environment that is warm, knowledgeable and friendly. They are an excellent resource in being able to address the majority of your dental concerns!
Chicago Receptionists and Office Manager
Our office receptionists, Regenia, Sandra and Jane greet every patient and are always available to answer any questions you may have about your dental treatment or visit in our office. Regenia organizes all patient appointments and strives to find an appointment time that is most convenient for your schedule. Jane takes charge of all insurance inquiries and claims to make certain that you are never responsible for unnecessary charges. Sandra is always on the move to guarantee that all patient files are organized and ready for your next visit, as well as making sure you keep up to date on your hygiene appointments.
Elsie, our office manager, is at your service to provide you with the best patient education and facilitate financial arrangements. Carol, our office administrator, oversees all office operations to ensure UAD remains a pleasant, organized and smooth running office that meets all of your dental needs, as well as coordinating UAD/DIIC's professional implant seminars and the UAD Downtown Implant Alliance Study Club.
