Nelson Lo, DDS

General Dentistry and Implant Emphasis

Dr. Lo is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago where he earned a B.S. in Computer Engineering. After working as a software development consultant writing software for biotechnology firms, he decided to use his engineering background and went back to school to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Illinois (Chicago) - College of Dentistry. He then continued his education through a Fellowship at the University of Chicago in Hospital Dentistry/Implantology. There, Dr. Lo learned to manage medically compromised patients in need of implant therapy, using the latest technology in dentistry to give patients the safest and most comfortable experience possible. He continues to provide computerized treatment planning through “guided surgery.” Dr. Lo is a member of the Academy of Osseointegration, International Congress of Oral Implantologists, American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society and the Chicago Dental Society.
